I used capers instead of olives and it was delicious! Add some lemon at the end and even the picky eaters loved it
Didnβt have celery so used carrots and courgettes. Held back on the balsamic by 1 tablespoon and no honey. Served with chopped broccoli red pepper and apple salad and steamed spinach.
Quick easy tea, nice to add green veg
Itβs easy to add more/different veg in - I added carrot, red pepper & olives - for more veg points! Delicious!
