Mole Sauce

Mole sauce is a staple of Mexican cuisine. Rich and complex, with chilli and hints of cocoa, a traditional mole recipe takes hours if not days to make. We have developed a shortcut version that comes together in under 30 minutes and uses supermarket ingredients - inauthentic but still completely delicious.
