Gochugaru Salad Dressing
This punchy dressing uses Korean gochugaru chilli flakes. We love them because they are spicy, but not too spicy. Their fine texture means they incorporate nicely into recipes. If you can’t source them locally they are widely available online. They don’t have a direct swap, but if you are in a pinch some Aleppo chilli flakes would be a suitable alternative. Any leftover chilli flakes can be used to make kimchi or used to add some heat to your everyday cooking.
