Ranch Dressing

This creamy, cooling condiment goes perfectly with spicy things (see our recipe for Baked Cauliflower “Wings” with Hot Honey) or drizzled on a leafy salad to add richness. Traditional ranch uses mayonnaise and/or sour cream - we’ve lightened ours up with Greek yoghurt, but sacrificed no flavour!
