Simple grilled seasonal Asparagus with a little sea salt and lemon.
Nothing fancy about this dish at all, but I honestly think this is possibly the best way to enjoy and appreciate the flavour of this wonderful seasonal ingredient
Shop this recipe:
- 150g Asparagus spears
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Drizzle spears with oil on a baking tray
Place under a hot grill for 4 minutes under tender and cooked
