About this recipe

A healthy green smoothie recipe inspired by ‘detox’, weight loss and super food obsessed Los Angeles! Packed full of vegetables with tons of health benefits, easy to make, well balanced and not bitter. I’m usually not a fan of green smoothies, but this one actually tastes amazing. Try it out and let me know what you think.


Ingredients

1/2 Banana

100mls fresh orange juice

2-3 sprigs Parsley

3cm stalk and leaves of Celery

small bunch Kale (stem removed)

10g Spinach

1 tbsp Avocado

1 tbsp Probiotic Yogurt (or Kefir/coconut yoghurt)

4cm Cucumber (skinned)

2 leaves Lettuce

300mls 100% unsweetened Almond Milk

Instructions

PROCESS all the ingredients together in a blender
