Notes

Tip: Place the fish onto a small piece of oiled kitchen foil to make cleaning your air-fryer easier.
Spritzing the fish with oil from a spray bottle will produce an extra golden and crispy coating.
If you don’t have an air-fryer the chips can be oven baked at 200°C for 22-25 minutes, and the fish at 220°C for 15-17 minutes.
Once breaded, the fish can be frozen, allow to completely defrost in the refrigerator overnight before cooking as usual.

Alternatives:
white potato - sweet potato
plain flour - gluten-free flour
panko breadcrumbs - brown rice breadcrumbs
cod - any white fish
Greek yoghurt - plant-based yoghurt
dill - parsley, mint, tarragon
