Air-Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

These homemade fries are seasoned with paprika and garlic powder to make them extra savoury. A dusting of cornflour before ‘frying’ makes them extra crispy. Sweet potatoes are a source of beta-carotene, which your body converts to vitamin A - key for maintaining a healthy immune system.

Notes

Tossing the uncooked potatoes in cornflour before oil results in an extra crispy fry. If you don’t have it or arrowroot powder you can omit it.
If you don’t have an air-fryer, or your air-fryer doesn't reach 220°C these fries can be oven baked at 220°C for 17-20 minutes.
