Method

Gather your ingredients, preheat the oven to 200°C or 180°C Fan and line a 20cm x 20cm tin with baking paper.

Add banana, oats, baking powder, water, salt, maple syrup, vanilla and 3/4 of the peanut butter into a large bowl and mix really well ensuring everything is combined. Then add the fruit and fold into the batter gently. It should be a somewhat loose and sloppy mixture.
