Gather all your ingredients.
Put the oil, beans, passata, garlic, balsamic vinegar, honey, oregano and cinnamon in a shallow casserole dish or pan with seasoning.
Stir to combine, then bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Remove from the heat and stir through the spinach to wilt.
Take care not to mash the beans.
Garnish with feta and ripped parsley leaves.
