Preserved Lemon Yoghurt with Mint and Chives
We originally developed this cooling yoghurt dip to go with our Spiced Spatchcocked Chicken with Roasted Roots. It provides refreshing contrast to the richly flavoured dish. It goes well with any roasted vegetables, meats or as a dip with crudites.
