Frozen Yoghurt Clusters
If you’re working from home and can access your freezer during the day - give these a go. These cold treats are refreshing on the palate and the fact that they are frozen means you are forced to savour them as they melt in your mouth. Studies show that the slower you chew, the more full you feel. The food in your mouth has more contact time with the enzymes in saliva that encourage fullness. They also make a nice not-too-sweet dessert.
