Ginger, Lemon and Cinnamon Water

Shop this recipe:

  • 100g Ginger, roughly chopped
  • 500mls Water
  • 1-2 Lemons, juiced
  • 1 Cinnamon stick

Add the ginger, water and cinnamon stick to a pan of boiling water

Simmer for 15 minutes and add a pinch of salt

Allow to cool and pour into a large glass (through a sieve to catch the ginger and cinnamon) to store in the fridge

Squeeze in fresh lemon and cool before drinking

Try serving with ice cubes or with simple sparkling water to dilute it
