Yum!! We really enjoyed this, our 5 year old loved the cauliflower as a side with her dinner dipped into hummus, which is a win in itself!
We added some smoked tempeh which I thinly sliced and fried until crispy, topped it off with some mixed seeds and added some flat breads on the side but tbh they weren’t needed as it was super filling.
