Method

Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan) and gather your ingredients.

Crumble the tofu into a baking tray. Add the paprika, chilli flakes, maple syrup, soy sauce and olive oil with a big pinch of salt and pepper and toss to combine. make sure the tofu is very dry by patting well with kitchen towel.
