  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 5 g thymeleaves picked
  • 400 g greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp elderflower cordial
  • 40 g hazelnutstoasted and roughly chopped

Roasting the vitamin C rich peaches make them naturally super sweet, whilst the addition of zingy sumac and fragrant thyme adds a slightly savoury twist to this healthy dessert. Peaches are great for overall skin health and the yoghurt contains probiotics to maintain healthy gut flora, we think you'll love this one.
