Rupy likes to serve it drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and flaky sea salt for a savoury note. If you prefer, you can serve it with berries to lighten it up.

Notes
The better the cacao and chocolate you use, the more delicious your mousse will be. Make sure your chocolate contains at least 80% cocoa solids and choose a raw cacao powder.
