We really enjoyed this. Fabulous one pot meal and so tasty. Used AI Rupy to find an alternative to chestnuts and the walnuts were a lovely addition and added a bit of crunch. My mum said it made the meal!

Lovely flavour & recipe. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ No leeks, so used more onion. Left out black olives (husband doesn't like them!) Might leave him to pick them out next time ๐Ÿคฃ Both 'veggies' so added some quorn pieces instead of chicken.
