I liked the crepe mixture but they stuck to the pan no matter what....higher/lower heat, non-stick pan, more oil in pan. In the end, because I didn't want to waste any more mixture, I cooked it in a swiss roll tin and served the greens on top with feta as a sort of open sandwich!

Really easy and delicious. Would be good to have a little sauce to accompany the pancakes. Not sure which type though.
