Hasselback Potatoes with Chive and Garlic Yoghurt

These potatoes look impressive but are easy to make. There is a knack to slicing the potatoes - be prepared to slice right through a few as you practise! - but you’ll soon get the hang of it. This side dish was named after the Hasselbacken restaurant in Sweden where it was first developed. It’s a simple way to add a little extra flair to a meal for a special occasion.
