I added a tin of beluga lentils (including the water) and used less stock. And I added a chopped up green chilli. It was delicious. Will be making this again.

Copied one of the feedback and added chick peas. Great dish - so easy to make & delicious

Lovely dish. Glad to have a veggie curry that's not coconut milk based. Added more spices though.

Fantastic curry. My cauliflower was a bit small so I added a courgette to it. I also added a chilli, whole but took it out at the blend stage.
I served on a bed of Puy lentils, topped with crispy Tempeh and a drizzle of farm yogurt 😋

My husbands remarks half way through eating this was ‘I tell you what, I’d pay good money for this’!!!
Added tofu and didn’t bother with blending. Absolutely delicious. Thank you for yet another great recipe😊

Delicious. Made the sauce slightly thicker by adding silken tofu. Also meant additional protein.

The flavours are amazing, added chickpeas and substituted spinach for the greens. Will make again

Flavours are amazing!!

This was a really interesting recipe - more sour than I expected but simmering for longer really brought out the rich flavour in the sauce - it was still too runny after ten minutes but an hour made all the difference to both consistency and flavour. Prawns are an excellent addition too for added appeal to the teenagers!

Absolutely next level flavour! Didn’t see the low protein score when I made it so will add something to bump that up next time! Also ran out of mushrooms so added in some potato with the cauliflower. But my word it was just delicious I want to share the pic of my son enjoying it!
