My crumble topping didn't look as in the picture but I think I overblended it so next time would perhaps mix in a few whole oats after blending. I only used 1 tbsp of syrup, it was still sweet enough and the combination of raspberries and apricots is really tasty. I had this with coconut yoghurt.

Great recipe
Next time I’ll make in a smaller dish to make the fruit layer deeper. Added cherries and next time I’ll add coconut to the crumble
Did make extra topping for freezer so I have some for a quick dessert
