Absolutely delicious. Was sceptical about leaving garlic whole but they mostly melted into the soup. Any I found and just gently mashed in.
I’ll be making this regularly and could easily pop in some tinned beans, chickpeas or giant couscous to make it a heavier meal.

This dish is sooo tasty! It far exceeded my expectations. Amazing how a few spices, veg and chicken can create such an incredible meal.

This was AMAZING! I absolutely loved the smell and the depth of flavours. I added a tablespoon of bone broth, and used the Thermomix veggie stock paste. I also substituted some of the onion for leek. This is the broth I’ve been searching for!

Love this change it a bit with green beans instead of the sweet potato and we add vermicelli rice noodles (l know not as healthy but gets it in our son!)
