Chana Chaat

This Indian salad is another recipe that was introduced to us by Rajvi our medical student intern. During rounds of testing in The Doctor's Kitchen studio people couldn't get enough of it - just read the ingredient list and you'll see why. Every single component is delicious, and together they make a flavour combination that is downright addictive.

Notes

Sev are fried chickpea noodles. A bag of Bombay mix which is largely made up of sev makes a good alternative. If you'd rather not use them, a handful of toasted nuts or seeds also works well.
