Nice flavour. I would make it slightly less wet next time. I served it with rice but the portion size is big enough that you don't need rice!

Third time of making. Always an excellent one pan oven meal. The only down side as with many of the other recipes I’ve tried is that ingredients list is not in the order of preparation which can be quite frustrating, as tonight when I forgot the cardamom until 10 mins before 🙃
