Heres something for us all to think about from Richie - Theres 7 billion people on this planet, all of whom can breathe - maybe not everyone feels like doing yoga or going to the gym, maybe not everyone has access to the healthiest food but everyone can breathe
What Richie has learned and witnessed in terms of breath work has completely shifted his beliefs on the potential of human beings and how they can be healed, both mentally and physically.
