How often are new recipes added?
We introduce 10-20 new recipes to our extensive recipe library every month, all with the step by step images, nutritional information as well as which health goal category they align with.
We're always adding more content, plus new features so watch out for those too!

The app doesn't seem to be working the way it should?
We're sorry that's happened. The first thing to try is closing and restarting the app. You can find instructions for doing that on Apple here.

I've set up my subscription but can't see the premium content that I expected to see?
Okay, let's help you with that - try tapping the “Restore Purchase” at the bottom of the payment page and this should resolve the issue.

Due to the various app store rules, your subscription must be cancelled with the system you used to purchase it. For Apple or Google subscriptions, you can do it via 'Settings' on your phone or 'Profile' page on your App Store account under 'Subscriptions'. This link from Apple has all the instructions. If you're not sure where you purchased it, head to the subscriptions page and it'll show you.

The app seems great but I don't think I can afford it?
As a result of the extensive research involved in creating the recipes, the extra imagery and building our simple but smart algorithm, we currently have no choice but to charge for the app.
However, if you genuinely feel that you would gain value from the app but you are prohibited due to your financial circumstances then please reach out to us here and we would be more than happy to accommodate, no questions asked.
