Can I share the app?

Yes! We're delighted that our app can be shared via Family Sharing on Apple IOS.

Follow this link on how to set up Family Sharing on your device .

Our app is available for Family Sharing for both monthly and annual subscriptions.

How often are new recipes added?

We introduce at least 10 new recipes to our extensive recipe library every month, all with the step by step images, nutritional information as well as which health goal category they align with.

We're always adding more content, plus new features so watch out for those too!

The app doesn't seem to be working the way it should?

We're sorry that's happened. The first thing to try is closing and restarting the app.

I've set up my subscription but can't see the premium content that I expected to see?

Okay, let's help you with that - try tapping the “Restore Purchase” on your Profile tab under Subscription and this should resolve the issue.

If that still doesn't work, please click the 'contact us' button on your app profile page, attach a screenshot of your issue and one of us will be glad to help you.

I would like to discuss buying the app for my employees or my team

We are so glad you are interested in purchasing the Doctor's Kitchen app for your employees!

We currently only offer discounts for a minimum of 100 annual subscriptions.

Please click the 'contact us' button on your app profile page with the size of your team and the number of app subscriptions you would like to purchase.

I would like to cancel my subscription please, how do I do this?

We're sad to see you go and if you need any assistance or want to speak to us about how we can better your app experience click the 'contact us' button on your app profile page, or email app@thedoctorskitchen.com and one of us will be glad to help you.

All subscriptions are managed in your Apple Subscriptions tab that can be accessed via 'settings' on your iPhone or 'profile' page on your App Store account under 'subscriptions'

The app seems great but I don't think I can afford it?

As a result of the extensive research involved in creating the recipes, the extra imagery and building our simple but smart algorithm, we currently have no choice but to charge for the app.

However, if you genuinely feel that you would gain value from the app but you are prohibited due to your financial circumstances then please reach out to us at app@thedoctorkitchen.com and we would be more than happy to accomodate, no questions asked.
