What’s in The Book

I believe my role as a health professional is to increase your awareness of the choices that will benefit your health. You’ll also learn about the lifestyle principles and the evidence base behind why these can be so impactful on health outcomes.

What you’ll find in this book is a diverse selection of recipes bursting with flavour, which will help empower you to make healthy meal choices that are easy to put into practice and infinitely beneficial to your wellbeing.

Learn about how we can eat and live to reduce the risk of brain disease, cardiovascular problems, inflammation imbalance, poor immunity and even reduce the chances of cancer.

By approaching disease with a holistic perspective, of which food is a vital part, we can tackle the root causes of disease and help our patients truly live well.

Each chapter also has beautiful images of food to think about from the perspective of skin health, maintaining our heart function and supporting our immune system.

As well as showing you the benefits of food, I’ve highlighted ‘Lifestyle 360’ changes that are relevant to each subject discussed in the chapters. It’s essential that everybody reading this understands the overall value of all these lifestyle factors and their impact on health.
