Masala Spinach Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Cumin, ground
- 1 Red onion, sliced
- 1 can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 160g, 1 Big bag of spinach
Instructions
Heat a large saucepan over medium heat with the oil, butter onions and spices.
Sauté for 10 minutes
Then add the chickpeas and spinach cooking for another 5 minutes until the spinach is wilted
Serve immediately
