As we discussed, stress affects every single organ of the body and therefore if you lower your stress levels, you can improve the function of every single organ in the body.

As Rangan mentioned, The World Health organisation are calling stress THE health epidemic of the 21st century – which is certainly a big statement from such an organisation.

As we’ve heard from both the sessions with Rangan, unbeknown to the majority of us, many health conditions that we all face in our daily lives can potentially have stress as the root cause.

I’ll leave you with this thought from Rangan that I think is something we can all take on board – perhaps at least once a week.

‘When was the last time that you did something that you loved – that you did, because you wanted to do it, not because you needed to do it, not because you wanted a new post for Instagram but something that you actually genuinely thought, ‘I’m doing this I don’t care if anyone sees me doing this or not – this just makes me feel good’ – that is a big part of health and that is a big part of lowering your stress levels’.
